1. Platform Overview

Ahidhya.com provides a direct online platform empowering small business owners, farmhouse managers, and agro-resort operators to establish a digital presence and receive direct booking inquiries from guests with zero commission markups.

2. Listing Revisions & Edits Policy

Each active property listing subscription includes up to 6 small revisions or content changes per year at no additional charge. Small revisions include minor text adjustments, phone number updates, or photo swaps.

For any additional revision requests beyond the initial 6 free changes per annual period, property owners will be billed at a minimum charge of ₹100 per hour for editing and maintenance work.

3. Resolution of Issues & Complaints

For any technical error, listing discrepancy, or service issue, property managers and guests agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue first prior to taking external action. We are committed to resolving support queries promptly.

4. Content Integrity, Data Discrepancies & Responsibility

All property details, tariffs, descriptions, room capacities, amenities, location markers, contact numbers, and media published on Ahidhya.com are voluntarily provided by authorized property owners or their designated representatives.

Sole Responsibility for Data Accuracy: Any discrepancy, error, inaccuracy, or misrepresentation in property information is solely and exclusively the legal responsibility of the authorized representative who submitted the details. Ahidhya.com acts strictly as an online directory platform and assumes no liability for discrepancies in property claims or tariffs.

Ahidhya.com reserves the right to suspend or edit any listing found containing fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information.

5. Image & Media Copyright Ownership

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights for photographs, videos, floor plans, and promotional media submitted for property listings belong strictly to their respective property owners or creators.

Ahidhya.com does not claim copyright ownership over property images. Property owners guarantee that all images provided for publication are lawfully owned or licensed by them.
