Ahidhya.com operates as a direct contact platform. When guests click to contact property managers via WhatsApp or phone, communications take place directly between guest and owner. We do not store private guest chat histories or personal booking records.
3. Analytics & Data Confidentiality
Client performance metrics (impressions, page views, and inquiry clicks) are collected securely in encrypted/protected data logs. Client metrics are private and provided directly to verified property owners upon request.
