Listing & Refund Policy

1. Listing Validity & Authorized Data Responsibility

All approved property listings remain live and active on Ahidhya.com for an initial validity of 1 calendar year.

Authorized Data & Image Copyright Disclaimer: All information, tariffs, features, and images published for a listing are provided directly by authorized property owners or managers. Any discrepancy or error in listing details is solely the responsibility of the authorized representative. All photo copyrights belong strictly to the respective property owners; Ahidhya.com does not claim ownership of property photos.

Once a listing payment is processed and published live, fees are non-refundable.

2. Included Image Quota & Additional Media

The standard listing offering includes up to 5 high-resolution property images (Main Cover, Pool, Bedroom, Living Hall, and Lawn/Exterior).

If a property owner requires more than 5 images, additional photos are charged at a rate of ₹50 per extra image.

3. Renewal Reminder Calls & Expiry Timeline

To ensure continuous online visibility for property owners, our team follows a strict renewal schedule:

• 30 to 7 Days Before Expiry: Our team calls the client to intimate renewal due dates and collect renewal fees for the upcoming annual period.
• Expiry Date & 7-Day Grace Period: If renewal payment is not received by the expiry date, we provide a 7-day grace extension during which the listing remains visible.
• Post Grace Period (Day 8–30): If payment remains unpaid after the 7-day grace extension, the listing is temporarily removed from public view.
• 30 Days Post Expiry: If payment is still unpaid after 30 days of deactivation, the listing and associated media are permanently deleted from the database.

4. Future Rate Updates & Caps

All subscription rates and fees are subject to future updates. However, to protect existing clients, fee increases are subject to strict annual caps:

• Listing subscription rate increases will never exceed ₹100 per year.
• Additional image rate increases will never exceed ₹10 per year per image.
• Existing customers are intimated of any updated prices directly during their annual renewal calls.
